I grew up in a place where time wasn't a commodity, where food came straight from the land, and where sharing was simply a way of life. I'm originally from Brazil, from a magical place called The Pantanal, a UNESCO World Heritage site. My family runs a cattle ranch there, and that's where everything began: my deep connection with real food. The meat from the cows we raised, the vegetables we grew, the milk from our free-range cows, and the cheese made at the farm, everything was pure, unprocessed, and full of life. What I later discovered Europe calls Km 0 was simply my everyday reality.

Sixteen years ago, I made Spain my home, and for the past eleven I've dedicated my life to the world of Premium Olive Oil. My love story with olive oil began when I met Adrià Dalmau, a young and passionate producer who shared his knowledge and enthusiasm for this golden juice. From that moment, everything changed. I fell completely in love with olive oil and the people behind it. Over the years, I've met incredible producers, learned their stories, and built lasting friendships. Behind every bottle, there's a heart, a family, a piece of land, and a story waiting to be shared.

I'm a certified olive oil sommelier and an olive juice evangelist for authentic, high-quality olive oil. I believe that tasting without sharing equals zero, because true passion grows when it's shared. Through Olive Passion, I want to invite you into this world, to taste, to learn, and to feel the emotion behind every drop. This isn't just about olive oil; it's about people, tradition, and the joy of living fully.
